- No cookies, no tracking, no advertising.
- Fonts and images are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts.

Hosting and server logs
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When the page is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data so that the page can be delivered and protected against attacks: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA.
Visitor statistics without cookies
To see how often our pages are visited, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This sets no cookies and creates no profiles of individual visitors. We only see aggregated figures, such as page views per day. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts
The fonts of this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when loading them.
Link to Instagram
In the footer we link to our Instagram profile @dueldo.official. This is a simple link, not embedded content: no data is sent to Instagram when you visit our website. Only when you click the link does Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) open, and Instagram's privacy policy applies.
Community counter
The figures in the community counter on the page Sustainability are loaded from our own server. No additional data about you is collected.
3. Requests via form, email or phone
When you contact us via the booking or contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you give us, for example name, email address, phone number, company, preferred date, occasion and your message. We use this data only to handle your request and for a possible quote.
- Legal basis: Taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Storage period: We delete requests that do not lead to an order after 12 months at the latest. We keep data on orders and invoices for as long as required by law (in Austria usually 7 years).
- Sending the forms: When you submit a form, your details are sent encrypted to a function of our website at Cloudflare and forwarded from there via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., San Francisco, USA) to our mailbox. Sending runs through a Resend data centre in the EU (Ireland). We have a data processing agreement with Resend. Neither Cloudflare nor Resend uses your details for their own purposes. Resend only stores the email briefly for sending and troubleshooting.
- Email: Our mailbox is provided by Google (Google Workspace, Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland). We have a data processing agreement with Google.
4. Applications
If you contact us via the Jobs page or by email, we process your details and any documents you send only to decide on a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no collaboration comes about, we delete the documents after 7 months. We only keep them longer if you expressly agree, for example for later projects.
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers named above who help us run our business, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- access the data we hold about you,
- rectification of incorrect data,
- erasure of your data, unless we are obliged to keep it,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent with effect for the future.
Just write to us at office@dueldo.at. If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
7. Game stations and app
This policy applies to the website. We will explain separately how player profiles, photos and results are processed at the Dueldo game stations and in the planned app before these features launch.
